Parking Team serves as the very first impression for those coming to Summit by welcoming people on and off the property and by providing a safe and efficient parking experience.
Welcome Team greets people as they enter the church and makes sure everyone is taken care of. This includes checking in kids at the check-in station, answering questions at the Next Steps table, and giving first time guests a welcome gift.
Hospitality Team hosts the Dream Team and Growth Trek Rooms by providing food, set-up, and clean-up.
Events Team brings creative ideas to life by decorating, setting up, and providing food for our special events.
Coffee Bar Team serves by providing coffee, specialty drinks, smoothies, snacks, and merchandise to our guests.
Safety Team serves by providing basic medical care in the event of an incident or emergency. This team is also responsible for basic security.
Admin Team works behind the scenes to keep resources and databases organized and up to date.
Facilities Team works behind the scenes to keep the Summit campus in proper working order. This team also supports special event needs such as setting up the baptism tank.

Production Team facilitates the technology necessary for the in-person and online gatherings via sound, cameras, lighting, visual presentations, etc.
CHOP Team facilitates the online gathering through chat management, private prayer requests, and posting links and next steps during the live broadcast.
Usher Team helps facilitate the in-person gathering by helping people find seats, handing out materials such as communion or printed materials, and helping minimize distractions in the room.
Prayer Team facilitates the in-person gathering by providing prayer, next steps information, and helping with communion.
Community Group Leaders facilitate healthy connections and growth for their groups.
Ministry Team Leaders facilitate healthy connections and growth for their ministry teams.
Coaches serve five to seven leaders and provide support, coaching, encouragement, and resources to those leaders, so they can increase the impact of their leadership.
Directors and Pastors serve five to seven coaches by providing support and resources.
